Is it still professional if everyone in HR is thinking the same thing?

For anyone who has ever worked in the corporate world, HR is one of those departments that are either loved or hated. There's no in-between. Some employees have a good experience with the HR people, while others are dealing with everyday nonsense regarding paperwork that has nothing to do with their daily tasks. If you ask me, I've had every experience out there possible: from PTO that was approved and later denied, to not being able to take a sick day because I didn't notify them in advance. 

The problem with HR is the extreme bureaucracy that they have. If you need to take a day off, you have to let them know in advance, via email, with a bunch of details that have nothing to do with the day off, and then wait for a long time to see if that was approved or revoked. And not only that: there're times when HR is not even sure what to do or how to respond. But who can blame them? They have to deal with a lot of people inside the company, and I'm sure they have bigger fish to fry than a simple day off.

But my experience with HR doesn't end in the office. My sister is a psychologist, and guess what: yes, she does work in the HR department of a big company in my hometown! Crazy right? You can imagine that whenever I came home from work with a complaint about HR, she would jump as if I were talking about her. This has nothing to do with you, sis. Chill out! It's like the HR employees can smell the stress between us and share the mutual frustration.

But no matter how much we love them or hate them, they are the ones who make the company work at full speed. Although you take the longest time to answer a simple request and your performance evaluations are not accurate, here's a collection of HR content that is meant for you to laugh a bit about your everyday workflow.
